* 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or a combination of both.
 * Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and data warehouse concepts.
 * Proven experience with Snowflake architecture, optimization, and administration.
 * Strong hands-on knowledge of advanced SQL and Python.
 * Solid experience designing and developing cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines.
 * Strong data modeling skills across conceptual, logical, and physical layers.
 * Experience with CDC / Change Data Capture and event-driven data integration.
 * Familiarity with APIs and data orchestration frameworks.
 * Experience with one or more of dbt, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent technologies.
 * Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, metadata management, and MDM.
 * Experience supporting BI and reporting solutions such as Power BI., * Previous experience working within the insurance industry, particularly underwriting, claims, or finance data.
 * Snowflake certification is a plus.
 * Experience working with large-scale enterprise cloud data environments.
