 * 3-5+ years of project/program management experience
 * Cyber Security project experience required
 * Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
 * Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and financial management skills
 * Experience with project management methodologies and tools
 * Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
 * Ability to work effectively with IT, Cyber Security, business teams, and vendors
 * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
 * Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

## Description

* Lead 8-10 concurrent Cyber Security and technology projects
 * Provide both project and program management leadership
 * Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets
 * Develop and manage project plans and resource allocation
 * Identify, track, and mitigate project risks
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors/consultants
 * Communicate project status, risks, issues, and changes to stakeholders
 * Manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance
 * Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
 * Support multiple related initiatives as part of broader programs
 * Mentor and collaborate with project management team members
 * Drive continuous improvement and successful delivery of strategic initiatives
