## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
 * Minimum of 3 years of accounting, auditing, or related experience; equivalent education, training, and experience will be considered.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
 * High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 * Strong technology skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
 * Experience with PDI software and/or retail pricebook systems is a plus.

## Description

* Manage and maintain the FastLane corporate pricebook, including product setup, costs, pricing, promotions, markups, markdowns, and cigarette buydowns
 * Analyze retail data to support pricing strategies, margin optimization, inventory controls, and operational decision-making
 * Oversee invoice processing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) programs with participating vendors
 * Work closely with vendors, Store Managers, and company leadership to coordinate pricing updates, promotions, and retail initiatives
 * Lead, train, and support department team members while coordinating daily workflow and priorities
 * Assist with retail licensing, pricebook software updates, system enhancements, and process improvements
 * Provide guidance and training to store teams on pricing, inventory controls, and retail procedures
 * Maintain accurate records and protect confidential financial, pricing, operational, and personnel information
