A significant portion of your time will be spent managing and streamlining the O2 ticket queue, handling escalations/tickets, and ensuring processes and procedures are in place for efficient resolution. You will work hands-on with your team to troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues, including Active Directory operations, Epic provisioning, and SailPoint integration related work. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance, optimize workflows, and support shared platforms across the health system. In addition to operational oversight, you will partner with the Director to drive innovation and implement improvements in IAM processes. The position involves managing privileged access solutions like Keeper, supporting R-Back role-based access controls, and leveraging tools such as ServiceNow for ticketing and automation. While the role is primarily operational rather than engineering-focused, you will play a key part in ensuring security, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
