## About the Role

 * Education: High school graduate or completion of GED.\n
 * Experience: 2+ years of experience in construction quality control, with a strong background in mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, process piping).\n
 * Certifications (Preferred): Current or previous certifications such as Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or ASNT Level II or III in NDE methods (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT).\n
 * Technical Knowledge (Preferred): Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASME, IPC, UPC, NFPA, AWS, SMACNA) and the ability to interpret design drawings and specifications.\n
 * Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, ACC, etc.)\n
 * Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.\n
