 * Ability to assist patients and handle audiology equipment.
 * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

## Description

Colorado West Ear, Nose & Throat / Audiology & Allergy is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Audiology Technician to support our audiologists in delivering exceptional patient care. This position plays a key role in patient flow, hearing aid support, diagnostic testing preparation, and administrative coordination within a busy specialty practice., Clinical Duties

 * Prepare patients for audiology appointments and assist with patient intake.
 * Obtain and document medical histories and hearing-related concerns.
 * Perform hearing aid cleanings, maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
 * Educate patients on hearing aid care, use, and maintenance.
 * Assist audiologists with diagnostic testing and procedures.
 * Ensure examination rooms and equipment are clean and properly stocked.
 * Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.

Administrative Duties

 * Manage hearing aid inventory, supplies, and manufacturer orders.
 * Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up care.
 * Process hearing aid shipments, warranties, and repair requests.
 * Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
 * Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and authorizations.
 * Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
 * Manage medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
