 * Fundamental understanding of relational databases such as MDM and CRM technologies is desired.

 * Experience with KPI tracking and data analysis is desired.
 * Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Eagerness to learn, follow directions, and work independently.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and CoPilot.
 * Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus., * Experience with client data and/or pharmaceutical data.
 * Fundamental understanding of relational databases (MDM and CRM).
 * KPI Tracking and data analysis.
 * Microsoft Access proficiency.

## Description

* Support customer data management processes and tasks for the organization.
 * Assess and improve the quality of customer data, including physicians and organizations.
 * Utilize data and tools to work within systems such as MDM and CRM or spreadsheets to review and verify data.
 * Collaborate closely with stakeholders on Data Stewardship and Data Governance engagements.
 * Develop and document business processes related to data management.
 * Provide ongoing feedback to management and peers regarding data issues and areas requiring special attention or escalation.
 * Collect and report performance metrics and SLA results.
