## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years of related experience in IT Operations, Business Operations, or Information Technology.
 * Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
 * Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
 * Flexibility and comfort navigating through ambiguity or shifting priorities.
 * Preferred: ServiceNow SPM knowledge, SQL Server experience, PowerBI, PMP, and/or Scrum certifications.

## Description

* Provide day-to-day communication and support for IT Program and Project activities.
 * Engage effectively with Project Managers to explain and support the use of IT project standards including ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
 * Support the socialization of IT Program and Project Standards and facilitate training sessions.
 * Monitor IT Programs and Projects database for new projects and reconcile demand and project repositories.
 * Assist with creating training materials, participate in grooming and sprint planning calls, and support post-project reviews.
