Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience with Backbone.js. * Exposure to Splunk for log analysis. * Familiarity with caching tools (Redis, Memcached). * Knowledge of web accessibility standards. * Hands-on SCSS experience (6+ months). * Understanding of microservices architecture. ## Description We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Java Developer -leading offshore development efforts while contributing directly to enterprise-grade applications. This position requires a strong technical foundation in backend and UI development, along with proven experience coordinating and mentoring distributed teams across time zones.
