The ideal candidate would be a hands-on, adaptive Scrum Master. This role is not just about facilitating ceremonies; it is about serving as a Change Agent for a team transitioning from a traditional Waterfall environment to an Agile delivery model. You will be the bridge between a new agile team for the program and the core organization.., * Agile Transformation: Act as a coach and mentor, under the guidance of a fractional Agile Coach, for a team new to Agile. Help the team shift their mindset from Waterfall to Agile, educate them on principles, and guide them in adopting Agile practices effectively. * Bridge Between the Program and the Organization: Responsible for coordination between the program agile team and the internal organization.
