## About the Role

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, plus five (5) years of post-bachelors progressive work experience in software development, or a related occupation.

Must also have five (5) years of experience with/in each of the following:

 * Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack or backend web applications;
 * Programming language including Java, Go, Python, Ruby, TypeScript, or JavaScript;
 * Building and consuming REST or gRPC APIs;
 * Working with databases including PostgreSQL, mySQL, or NoSQL systems;
 * Cloud environments including AWS, or Google Cloud Platform;
 * Frontend frameworks including React, Vue or building product UIs;
 * Owning large components or projects and driving alignment with cross-functional partners; and
 * Debugging.

## Description

* Design and build internal products used daily by engineering, product, and cross-functional teams across Stripe.
 * Own end-to-end systems-spanning frontend, backend, data, and integrations-that remove bottlenecks and meaningfully increase product development velocity.
 * Collaborate with partner teams to understand workflows, define requirements, and build tools that improve iteration speed, quality, and clarity in the product lifecycle.
