Essential skills and experience include: Basic understanding of programming concepts, software development methodologies, and problem-solving techniques. Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Kotlin, or Swift. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements. Strong oral and written
communication skills; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
