## About the Role

Background inBusiness Analysis, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance, or similar.
Mid-level experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within GRC, Risk, Privacy, or AI Governance programs.
Working knowledge of the Archer IRM platform(highly valued - functional/business understanding, not technical administration).
Good understanding of GRC processes(IT Risk, Privacy, AI Compliance).
Ability to work independently while collaborating within distributed international teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
Previous experience in AI governance or compliance programs.
Exposure to SAP GRC, IAM, or other security/compliance platforms.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
