Experience & Education Preferred

 * 8 10+ years of total experience in software development.
 * 4+ years of dedicated experience in full-stack development & UI engineering.
 * 4+ years of proven experience leading teams or projects.
 * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

## Description

* End-to-End Delivery: Work across the stack to translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code and seamlessly integrate backend services.
 * Security & Scalability: Handle authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT) and optimize database performance.
 * Leadership: Establish UI coding standards, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality, fully tested releases.
