you are comfortable asking clarifying questions and surfacing blockers Preferred: * You have a background in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industry software development. * You have experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, or similar). * You have exposure to performance, load, or security testing practices. * You have a genuine desire to learn - you seek out feedback, read documentation thoroughly, and adapt to new tools and processes quickly. * You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail; you have the ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment ## Description * You will design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using modern automation frameworks across UI, API, and integration layers. * You will participate actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to raise the overall quality bar. * You will work with engineers and business stakeholders to understand new features and translate requirements into comprehensive test plans. * You will perform manual testing as needed to support product verification and user acceptance testing. * You will investigate and debug test failures, production incidents, and flaky tests;
