## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Project Manager to manage enterprise initiatives, align project teams and stakeholders, oversee requirements, and drive projects through successful implementation., Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Manage schedules, resources, risks, issues, and project dependencies.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners.
Facilitate scope, requirements, and solution validation sessions.
Conduct business analysis and process redesign activities.
Document requirements, workflows, data flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support solution design and build-vs-buy evaluations.
Coordinate UAT, cutover, readiness, and post-launch activities.
Develop communication and change management plans.
