Formación: Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afín.
Experiencia: 6-10 años en consultoría tecnológica (Big Four / firmas estratégicas) o gestión interna de transformación.
Conocimientos: Experiencia sólida en CRM/ERP (valorable MS Dynamics 365 F&O). Perfil funcional con capacidad para entender arquitectura y código.

Desde el equipo de ERPs y CRMs de Iwantic, buscamos un Senior Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM).MisiónLiderar proyectos de transformación tecnológica, Inteligencia Artificial y gestión del cambio para una multinacional de activos intangibles y digitales, actuando como nexo entre el área técnica, proveedores y negocio (Finanzas, Compras, Comercial, Legal). Reporte directo al CIO.Funciones ClaveImplantación ERP/CRM: Liderar proyectos end-to-end con foco en Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finanzas/Compras).Interlocución y Soporte: Traducir necesidades del negocio tradicional a soluciones técnicas y dar soporte/asistencia a usuarios.Innovación e IA: Supervisar la arquitectura del sistema e implementar casos de uso de IA/GenAI para la productividad.Gestión de Proveedores: Coordinar a integradores externos realizando challenge técnico y asegurando la calidad del entregable.Gestión del Cambio: Promover la adopción de herramientas digitales e impulsar la cultura de cambio.Perfil RequeridoFormación: Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afín.Experiencia: 6-10 años en consultoría tecnológica (Big Four / firmas estratégicas) o gestión interna de transformación.Conocimientos: Experiencia sólida en CRM/ERP (valorable MS Dynamics 365 F&O).
