## About the Role

* Past experience in a consultative role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems in the role of Architect and/or Principal Consultant.
 * 4+ years' experience hands-on architecting and/or implementing three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories:
 + Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
 + Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign or Marketo Engage
 + Adobe Real-Time CDP or Audience Manager
 + Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including App Builder
 + Adobe Commerce/Magento or another e-commerce solution that integrated with AEM
 + Adobe Target or Recommendations
 + Adobe Experience Platform (Schema, Query Services, etc.)
 + Adobe Workfront Workflow, Planning, or Fusion
 + GenStudio, Express, or Firefly Services (< 3 years)
 * Strong leadership abilities (an example being proactively convert complex business requirements into technical "solutions") which aligns all delivery team activities to documented customer Business Objectives.
 * Experience producing project scope definitions, delivery estimations, resource allocation and project timelines based on product licensing purchase and implementation requirements.
 * Ability to quickly diagnose delivery challenges and formulate effective remediation plans to adhere to scope, schedule and budget.
 * Demonstrable hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security and Data Ingress/Egress.
 * Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams.
 * Proficient in written and verbal communications with the ability to adjust communications as needed for Technical, Marketing and/or C-Suite customers.

Skills that Set You Apart

 * One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target or Workfront)
 * Working knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing journey including Ad Tech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs, etc.), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management or automation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights.
