## About the Role

Have 2+ years of experience in user experience design and accessibility;
Know WCAG 2.x guidelines, WAI-ARIA, and related accessibility standards, with practical experience implementing accessibility testing methodologies;
Have experience testing with assistive technologies, including screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA or JAWS;
Ability to present design rationale to teams and clients, articulate the \"why,\" and lead discussions around processes, explorations, and conclusions;
Strong knowledge of UX principles and best practices, including when and where different methodologies and techniques should be incorporated into the process;
Know how to facilitate workshops and lead a room, align participants, engage a group, and surface the most important details;
Have experience working in Agile environments;
Nice to have: Figma or Sketch experience.
