 * 3+ years of Microsoft SQL Server (T SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
 * Application production support (L2/L3), troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
 * IIS configuration and Windows Server support
 * Debugging, logging, and application monitoring tools
 * REST APIs and system integrations
 * Source control (Git, Azure DevOps)
 * Deployment support, release management, and CI/CD pipelines
 * SQL query optimization and database management
 * ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes

## Description

* Provide L2/L3 application support for .NET based enterprise applications in production and non production environments
 * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to .NET code, SQL Server databases, and integrations
 * Monitor application health, performance, and availability; proactively identify and resolve issues
 * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents
 * Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
 * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex technical issues
 * Maintain application documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge base articles
 * Participate in on call rotation and provide support during off hours when required
 * Assist with minor enhancements, bug fixes, and code changes as part of support activities
 * Ensure applications follow security, compliance, and best practice standards
