5+ years of experienceas a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar functional role
Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations,preferably within large-scale or multi-country rollouts
Strong understanding ofFinance processes, including taxation, fiscal compliance, payments, receipts, and transaction reconciliation.
Experience analysinginterfaces, APIs, integrations, protocols and data flowsacross interconnected systems.
Experience working inAgile environments, including requirements management, testing, and solution validation.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge ofAzure integration servicesand broader Dynamics 365 solutions would be a plus.

WHAT WILL YOU DO??Support theFinance workstreamwithin an international rollout of aDynamics 365 Commerce POS solution.Act as theFinance functional counterpart, collaborating closely with POS, business, and technical teams.Analysecountry-specific financial, tax, fiscal, and regulatory requirementsand translate them into functional requirements.Ensure local Finance and retail requirements are correctly reflected within theDynamics 365 Commerce / Store Commerce solution.Analyse and support retail processes related totransactions, payments, receipts, promotions, discounts, and reconciliation.Define and manage functional requirements, user stories, and business processes throughout the project lifecycle.Analysesystem integrations, interfaces, and data flowsbetween POS, Finance, and other applications.Supporttesting, solution validation, and end-to-end business process verification.Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure successful deployments across international markets.?
