must qualify for a government-issued ID badge (PIV card) Technical Skills * ESRI Tools: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Dashboards, StoryMaps, Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst * Data Analysis: SQL for spatial queries, Python for automation (ArcPy, Pandas), basic R for statistics * Visualization: Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, Power BI/Tableau integration with spatial data * Graph Analysis: Basic understanding of graph concepts;
