This position is responsible for developing predictive models and analytical frameworks that uncover the drivers of key operational metrics such as length of stay, patient retention, transfer risk, and throughput bottlenecks. Working closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams, the Data Scientist will design and implement statistical models, machine learning pipelines, and natural language processing solutions that leverage both structured and unstructured healthcare data. The role also includes contributing to MLOps practices to ensure scalable, reliable deployment of models into production environments.
