5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production environments.Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead AI Engineer, or similar senior role.Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.Advanced Python development skills and solid software engineering foundations.Experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, and services such as Azure OpenAI.Strong understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and model lifecycle management.Knowledge of scalable architectures, distributed systems, and AI governance.Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.Professional-level English.Nice to have:Experience within Retail or eCommerce environments.Knowledge of Databricks, Vector Databases, and Azure AI Foundry.Experience developing enterprise AI copilots and agentic AI
