 * Du hast bereits 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im 1st & 2nd Level Support gesammelt
 * Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Betriebssysteme (Client und idealerweise auch Server) und hast bereits mit Ticketsystemen gearbeitet
 * In stressigen Situationen behältst du einen kühlen Kopf und arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Gegenüber den Kund:innen trittst du freundlich, professionell und serviceorientiert auf

## Description

* IT Support: Du unterstützt Kunden vor Ort und remote bei IT Problemen und sorgst dafür, dass Systeme schnell wieder laufen
 * Infrastruktur Betreuung: Du betreust und optimierst die IT Infrastruktur unserer Kunden - sowohl direkt beim Kunden als auch remote
 * Projektmitarbeit: Du arbeitest aktiv an spannenden IT Projekten mit und bringst deine Ideen in die Umsetzung ein
 * Problemlösung: Du recherchierst eigenständig mögliche Ursachen von Störungen und findest effektive, nachhaltige Lösungen
 * Dokumentation: Du hältst Supportfälle im Ticketsystem fest und sorgst für eine lückenlose, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation
 * Case Management: Du nimmst Supportfälle auf, priorisierst und bearbeitest sie - vorwiegend per Telefon, Ticketsystem und E-Mail
