 * Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, komplexe Themen voranzutreiben und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln

## Description

* Verantwortung für den 3rd-Level-Support im Bereich Server, Netzwerk und zentrale IT-Infrastruktur
 * Administration, Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung von Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und Microsoft 365
 * Betreuung und Optimierung von Virtualisierung, Storage, Backup und Recovery
 * Planung, Konfiguration und Troubleshooting von Netzwerken, Firewalls, VPN, WLAN und Standortverbindungen
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen inklusive Root-Cause-Analyse und Dokumentation
 * Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Maßnahmen in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Hochverfügbarkeit, Patchmanagement und Disaster Recovery
 * Technische Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten, Migrationen und Infrastruktur-Weiterentwicklungen an Büro- und Produktionsstandorten sowie Unterstützung des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports bei Eskalationen
