 * Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Payroll- und Zeitwirtschaftsprozessen
 * Umsetzung von Anforderungen im SAP HCM Customizing (PA, PY, PT)
 * Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern bei individuellen Kundenlösungen
 * Unterstützung bei Implementierungen, Rollouts und Optimierungsprojekten
 * Je nach Erfahrung Übernahme von Projektverantwortung sowie Coaching von Junior Consultants
