## Description

* 1st & 2nd Level IT-Support für unsere MitarbeiterInnen bei technischen Fragen, Störungen und IT-Problemen
 * Aufnahme, Klassifizierung, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Support-Anfragen und Incidents
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von PCs, Notebooks, mobilen Endgeräten und Peripheriegeräten
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsberechtigungen und IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung in Windows, Microsoft 365, Standardsoftware, Netzwerk- und Druckerumgebungen
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts, Updates und IT-Projekten an unseren Standorten und im Produktionsumfeld
 * Weiterleitung komplexer Störungen an den 3rd-Level-Support sowie Zusammenarbeit mit den IT-Infrastruktur- und Applikationsteams
