* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, Fachschule, IT-Lehre) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT Support, Application Support, Applikationssupport oder Application Management

 * Gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe und Geschäftsprozesse
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit AnwenderInnen, Fachbereichen und EntwicklerInnen
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft, sich in neue IT-Systeme und Anwendungen einzuarbeiten
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* 1st & 2nd Level Application Support für unsere Business-Applikationen und zentrale Ansprechperson für AnwenderInnen
 * Aufnahme, Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen und Störungen
 * Strukturierte Fehleranalyse, Tests und Störungsbehebung sowie Koordination mit Applikationsentwicklung und externen IT-Partnern
 * Betreuung und Unterstützung bei Releases, Updates, Rollouts und Applikationsänderungen
 * Betreuung von Schnittstellen, Datenflüssen, Integrationen und Berechtigungen
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Applikationsbetriebs inklusive Monitoring, Ticket- und Eskalationsmanagement
 * Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen, Anwenderinformationen und Schulungsunterlagen sowie laufende Weiterentwicklung der Applikationslandschaft
