## About the Role

On behalf of our client operating in the public sector, we are looking for an Senior Technical Analyst (10+ years of experience)., * Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, and both functional and technical analysis.

 * Ability to clearly describe both current ("as-is") and target ("to-be") business processes.
 * Ability to estimate development time and cost collaboratively within a team setting.
 * Proven expertise in opportunity analysis and strategic vision, with the capability to: challenge assumptions/ propose alternative solutions/ apply pragmatic decision-making aligned with project goals/ optimize deliverables, timelines, budget, and quality.
 * Knowledge of data management, enabling the analyst to query and interpret datasets to understand successful flows or error cases.
 * Leadership potential for junior teams or project coordination tasks.

Profile & Skills:

 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum with strong skills in BPMN, UML, and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Proficient with Git, Postman, SoapUI, and SQL, with solid exposure to microservices-based architectures.
 * Ability to design Sequence Diagrams, write interface contracts (synchronous and asynchronous), and build consistent data models with strong SQL expertise.
 * Understanding of testing methodologies.
 * Fluent in Dutch or French, with very good command of English.
