## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced architect with a strong background in operating systems and middleware technologies with:

 * 5-10 years of experience with one or more operating systems such as Android, iOS, Fuchsia, ChromeOS, HarmonyOS, or similar platforms
 * Strong knowledge of operating system architecture, software frameworks, and system-level application development
 * Experience designing, developing, or optimizing middleware architectures in commercial environments
 * A solid understanding of operating system principles, software engineering, or related technical disciplines
 * Experience solving complex challenges related to platform performance, scalability, compatibility, and stability
 * The ability to translate technical strategies into practical solutions and drive implementation across teams
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

## Description

What are you going to do?

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and evolution of a next-generation middleware platform. You will help create a unified architecture that supports multiple ecosystems and delivers a consistent, high-performance experience across devices such as smartphones and PCs.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Defining the architecture strategy, technical roadmap, and long-term evolution of the middleware platform
 * Designing a unified middleware architecture that supports multiple ecosystems while ensuring compatibility, scalability, and high performance
 * Solving complex middleware challenges related to performance, stability, memory management, startup speed, and system compatibility
 * Driving the implementation of middleware capabilities across different products and devices to deliver a consistent user experience
 * Establishing development standards, best practices, and automated testing and quality assurance processes
 * Collaborating with technical teams to balance business requirements, product goals, and technical improvements
 * Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies in operating systems and middleware architecture to support future innovation
