+ Educated to bachelor's degree level, IT related.
 + Knowledge and experience with DevOps, Agile, Lean and ITIL.
 + AWS and Azure infrastructure knowledge
 + Multiple years' experience in a similar sized complex enterprise infrastructure environment.
 + Comprehensive knowledge of cloud architectures and providers.
 + Knowledge of zero trust principles, frameworks, and implementation strategies.
 + Hands-on experience in network design, network engineering, network operations in medium and large enterprise networks.
 + Demonstrated experience implementing SD-WAN and VPN technologies. Demonstrated experience supporting hybrid networks (On-Prem, Commercial Cloud, Colo).
 + In-depth knowledge of the Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zscaler Cloud Connector, Zscaler Client Connector Zscaler automation via API, Browser isolation and DLP.
