* Cadrer des initiatives de transformation du système d'information : comprendre le besoin métier, analyser l'existant, identifier les impacts et proposer une architecture cible.
 * Produire les dossiers de cadrage d'architecture selon les principes, standards, templates et méthodologies d'APRIL.
 * Présenter et défendre les dossiers en Comité d'Urbanisation afin d'obtenir leur validation.
 * Définir les orientations et recommandations d'architecture pendant la phase de cadrage.
 * Accompagner les Architectes Solutions dans la traduction des recommandations en architectures concrètes et dans leur mise en œuvre.
 * Garantir la cohérence avec le référentiel d'architecture d'entreprise : principes d'architecture, standards, bonnes pratiques et règles d'urbanisation.
 * Travailler en interaction avec les équipes métier, architecture d'entreprise, architecture solution et équipes techniques.
