As a Consultant in our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering strategic insights to clients, driving analytics programmes and be integral to shaping the future of brands we work with.You will have the opportunity to work on a range of client projects and interface with multiple business functions, supporting the delivery of workstreams while also being hands-on in delivering analysis. A confident communicator with a passion for the power of digital data, you will bring an innovative and creative mindset to the team.Beyond client work, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our fast-growing start-up. You will have the
chance to get involved with internal workstreams such as marketing, sales, culture and socials, and capability development.What you'll be doing:Responsible for the project management and delivery of analytics and insights projectsWorking as part of a cross-functional team, e.g. with Data and AI Engineering colleagues, to design and deliver solutionsBridging technical expertise with business requirements to scope solutions for clientsApplying critical and analytical thinking to problems to identify solutionsAnalysing data to uncover stories and effectively presenting findingsVisualising data and developing compelling client presentationsCommunicating findings to stakeholders, including senior audiencesManaging, coaching, and empowering team membersWhat we're looking for:4-5 years within ConsultingCapability depth and breadth - with experience in digital, data and insightsExperience utilising digital data tools (e.g., social listening tools, search keyword tools, web traffic tools
