 * Experience with requirements gathering, process improvement, automation and digital projects.

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager to join our client. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in managing complex IT infrastructures, ensuring robust security protocols, and driving technological innovation to support organisational objectives. As an IT Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, providing leadership to technical teams and ensuring seamless operations across all digital platforms with a primary focus on Microsoft Business Central platform., * Provide day-to-day IT support and technical assistance to users across the business.

 * Act as a key point of contact for core business systems, applications and IT queries.
 * Troubleshoot system, hardware, software and connectivity issues to minimise disruption.
 * Support system implementations, testing, rollouts, training and post-implementation activities.
 * Work with users to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Liaise with internal IT teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
 * Support onsite infrastructure, networking, devices, printing and other technical equipment.
 * Assist with system administration, reporting, data quality and maintaining accurate information.
 * Contribute to IT projects, automation initiatives and improvements to operational efficiency.
 * Promote effective, safe and compliant working practices while supporting wider business needs.
