the two post holders cover each other fully. * C#/.NET experience delivering and operating complex production applications, including application design, API and systems integration. * Experience of CI/CD, deployment automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring and backup/recovery in production, using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or comparable tooling. * Strong understanding of automated testing, secure development, cyber security, identity/access and change control principles, with the judgement to escalate matters outside application ownership. * Ability to turn complex or ambiguous requirements into deliverable solutions and explain technical options and trade offs to non technical stakeholders. * Experience mentoring other developers, with a calm, structured approach to incidents and strong documentation skills. * Confidence working across software engineering, Business Systems, Group IT and third party partners;
