You'll investigate and resolve incidents, maintain platform security, support deployments, and ensure service continuity across multiple Dynamics 365 modules. Working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners, you'll take ownership of complex issues, contribute to continuous service improvements, and help deliver secure, high-quality solutions in a collaborative Agile environment. You'll also play an important role in release management, supporting Microsoft platform updates, reviewing security changes, and ensuring smooth deployments across non-production and production environments. Your expertise will help maintain service reliability while contributing to the ongoing evolution of CGI's digital capabilities for our clients.
