Desirable * Education: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical/management degree. * Agile Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification. * Virtual Leadership: Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating remote or hybrid delivery teams. * Technical Familiarity: Background or familiarity with Azure DevOps and / or software delivery. ## Description The Senior Agile Project Manager will be responsible for leading a cross-functional squad consisting of Technical Project Managers, Software Engineers, and Test Engineers. As part of this squad, you will oversee several customer deliveries, driving Agile delivery standards, facilitating iterative execution, setting product delivery strategy, and acting as the outward-facing lead for Motorola Solutions. They will also be line manager and mentor to the other Project Managers in the squad, delegating work as appropriate., * Iterative & Continuous Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions using Agile frameworks.
