This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Principal Engineer, with day-to-day work close to the Founder, building and operating the firm's internal portfolio, order and execution management systems and the databases behind them. You don't need a financial services background. They're open to people from any sector, so finance experience is a bonus rather than a requirement. What counts is coming from a SQL Server-heavy environment, since a lot of the core logic lives in the database. It's a small, tech-led business where trading is fully programmatic and engineers work closely with the desk.
