£160,000 + benefits | London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)We're looking for a Senior Golang Engineer to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of AI-powered products and platforms.This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with a genuine interest in Generative AI, LLMs and intelligent systems. You'll have significant influence over architecture, technical direction and how we bring AI capabilities into production at scale.What you'll be doingDesign, build and evolve high-performance backend services and platforms using Go (Golang).Develop production-grade systems that integrate LLMs, GenAI APIs and AI-powered workflows.Work on areas such as RAG, agents, tool calling, prompt orchestration and model integration.Design scalable APIs, distributed systems and event-driven architectures.Own technical decisions from design through to deployment and operation.Collaborate closely with product
