This is a high-impact and strategic role within our Operations Team and alongside our Customer Success team and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, client consulting, and technical delivery. This role is hands-on. You will take ownership of complex implementations, work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations, and ensure our customers successfully deploy AudioStack's AI-powered audio infrastructure, seamlessly integrated into their workflow. If you enjoy translating business needs into scalable technical solutions and managing stakeholders across commercial and technical teams, plus have a problem-solving hustle mentality, this role is for you! What You'll Be Doing As an Implementation Manager, you will own the successful delivery of customer implementations from post-sale handover through go-live and adoption.
