You will be responsible for the day to day administrative support delivery to the core housing repairs service. This includes providing full administrative duties to teams within the property services team, including voids, planned maintenance and reactive repairs. You will also update property records and the housing management system to ensure that accurate records and information are maintained. So confidence using IT systems such as Word and Excel is essential. You will need to be comfortable working as part of a team and using your own initiative whilst having a keen eye for attention to detail. This is a fast paced environment and the ability to balance competing priorities is also essential. To be successful in this post you should have the following experience: Recent experience of dealing directly with customers, particularly via the telephone. Experience in the use of computers systems, including word and excel spreadsheets. Recent experience in undertaking clerical/administrative duties. Ability to follow prescribed procedures. Good planning and personal organizational skills. Able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload. Flexible in approach and adopt a positive attitude to changing situations. As a Responsive Repairs Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for anyone wishing to raise a repair or report an issue related to their home. You will be part of a team delivering an excellent customer service in relation to the housing repairs service. This includes technical support, dealing with repair enquiries and/or requests, work scheduling and making appointments and being the initial first point of contact for complaints.
