Work in a high-leverage environment that embraces AI-driven development and rewards engineers who balance product judgement with technical craft. What You Will Do Translate complex tax concepts into obvious-at-a-glance interfaces like entity graphs, intercompany flow diagrams, and compliance documentation. Evolve and own the design system and component library using Tailwind and shadcn/ui to ensure visual quality compounds. Build data-dense product views and manage the full feature lifecycle from TypeScript frontends to Postgres migrations and Go backend services. The ideal candidate Has 3+ years of experience building production web applications with a distinct focus on UI craft, hierarchy, and data visualization. Is proficient in the modern React ecosystem (Next.js, Tailwind) and comfortable working
