We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Technician to join an expanding Academy school in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting the school's growing digital learning environment.

The school uses a wide range of cloud-based platforms, classroom devices, and educational software, and the IT Support Team plays a key role in ensuring technology enhances teaching and learning effectively.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:

 * Providing first-line and second-line technical support
 * Managing hardware, software, networks, and user accounts
 * Supporting staff and students with IT issues in person and remotely
 * Maintaining inventory and assisting with upgrades and installations
 * Ensuring cybersecurity protocols and data protection compliance
 * Assisting with AV, classroom technology, and school events
