* Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen und technischen Herausforderungen
 * Analyse, Erfassung und Priorisierung eingehender Supporttickets
 * Eigenständige Bearbeitung, Lösung und Dokumentation von IT-Anfragen
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft mit VMware, Veeam, Microsoft 365 und Windows RDS-Farm mit IGEL-Thin-Clients
 * Administration von Anwendungen sowie Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement in modernen Client-Server-Umgebungen
 * Steuerung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
 * Sicherstellung des Betriebs unserer Kommunikationslösungen, einschließlich Telefonie-, Alarm- und Rufsystemen
