Support, Auslieferung und Installation von IT-Hardware (1st und 2nd Level)

Unterstützung bei Hardware-Lifecycle und regelmäßigen Austausch

Installation und Verteilung von Software und Betriebssystemen

Dokumentation von Installationen

Aufbau und Verkabelung von Arbeitsplätzen sowie Netzwerkanschluss

Mitarbeit bei Windows 11 Migrations- und Rollout-Projekten

Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung an Hard- und Software

Pflege des Asset-Managements inklusive Inventarisierung und Dekommissionierung
