 * Einsatzzeiten von Sonntag, 22:00 Uhr, bis Samstag, 14:00 Uhr
 * 17 Schichten pro Woche im Wechsel (06:00-14:00 Uhr, 14:00-22:00 Uhr, 22:00-06:00 Uhr)
 * Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft

 * Auslieferung, Aufbau und Einrichtung von PCs, Notebooks und Monitoren gemäß Auftrags- und Bereitstellungslisten
 * Bearbeitung von Break-Fix-Störungen sowie Abarbeitung von Incident-Tickets im Ticketsystem
 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung per Remote-Support sowie bei Bedarf direkt vor Ort
