 * Du verfolgst den KI-Fortschritt intensiv, und dein Wunsch ist es, in einem Team zu arbeiten, welches aktuell alle paar Monate ihren Dev-Workflow neu erfindet.
 * Tab-Completion fühlt sich für dich bereits fast wie Jahre her an.
 * Dir macht es Spaß, Probleme vom UI bis zur DB-Migration im Blick zu haben. Bei uns gibt es keine Silos. Du bist verantwortlich für deine Bereiche im gesamten Stack.

Bei steueragenten.de bauen Senior-Entwickler keine Features nach Ticket-Liste - sie übernehmen Ownership über ganze Domänen, von der UX bis zur Datenbank. Mit KI-Agenten als Multiplikator schaffen wir mit einem kleinen Team, was anderswo 100 Leute braucht.

Tob dich von UX Prototyping, über KI-basierte Buchhaltung im Backend, das Verbessern unserer Skill-Library, bis zu DevOps aus. Themen werden danach im Team verteilt, wer auf ein Thema besonders viel Lust hat.
