* Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
 * Software Development & Architecture: Practical programming experience in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Node.js) and a strong understanding of modern application architectures.
 * Containerization & Orchestration: Proven expertise with Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
 * GitOps & Delivery Pipelines: Practical experience or strong knowledge of GitOps principles, ArgoCD, and modern CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitLab CI).
 * Consulting & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, teaching, and presentation capabilities to effectively mentor development teams.
 * Language Proficiency: Fluent English AND German!, This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

 * Documentation & Community: Build developer-friendly quick-start guides, GitOps templates, and sample repositories to foster internal cloud-native developer communities.
