U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Software Engineer - Mainframe Developer (multiple positions) in Charlotte, NC., * Develop and maintain batch processing programs to analyze and distribute Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) item data within the Check Systems application.

 * Diagnose and resolve issues using systematic debugging techniques and a range of incident detection tools.
 * Conduct program reviews to assess changes, testing coverage, vulnerabilities, and alignment with business logic and architectural standards.
 * Create and optimize job control language (JCL) procedures for batch processing, file management, and data transfers between subsystems.
